A legal disclaimer

1. Services Provided

We provide domestic cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Any additional or extra tasks must be booked in advance and may incur an additional charge. Extra tasks requested on the day cannot be guaranteed.

 

2. Arrival Time

delays.

While we aim to arrive at the agreed time, please allow a 20-minute arrival window to account for traffic or unforeseen

 

3. Utilities

There must be working electricity and running water available for the duration of the clean.

 

4. Payment

Once a quote has been provided and accepted, payment is due before we leave the property on the day of the clean. unless otherwise agreed in advance.

 

5. IlIness

Customers must inform us in advance of any illness within the property that may pose a health risk. We reserve th ight to refuse the clean if it is unsafe to proceed

 

6. Pets

Customers must notify us at the time of booking if there are any pets in the property. Pets must be secured during the clean to ensure everyone's safety.



7.Breakages & Damage
I reasonable care is taken while cleaning. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the clean. We can cept responsibility for pre-existing damage or items that are not securely fixed.

 

8. Complaints & Re-Cleans

If you are unhappy with a clean you have 24 hours to let us know and we will do a reclean of the property free of charge. We do not ofer refunds.

 

10. Photos

We may take before and after photos, as well as photos of our work, for quality control and record-keeping purposes Any images used publicly will not include identifying details without customer consent.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for missed payments or repeated cancellations.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect once communicated or published.
